What have you been eating for breakfast?

The meal I’m worried about is breakfast. all normal breakfast foods are off limits it seems. Making a smoothie seems like so much work. I hardly have the patience to toast a piece of toast In the morning.

    The only two breakfasts we could come up with were celery and natural peanut butter, and the peanut butter bomb smoothie. You could prepare the celery the night before, and have no prep in the morning!

    I can’t wait for EGGS baby!!! Fritattas every day. Really. Every day….

      I know a salad doesn’t seem very appetizing in the morning but its a quick easy meal. This morning I had a spinach salad with some veggies and canned tuna with simple olive oil/balsamic combo. Was pretty good! Also, found a recipe for a strawberry trifle with paleo granola, coconut yogurt and strawberries. Am trying it tomorrow and it sure looks yummy! Check out my Pinterest paleo folder. I found a site with 20 breakfast ideas, including a faux oatmeal recipe.
