Day 4

So I’m on Day 4 now and feeling great.  The first day I had a mild headache at the end of the day and have had a few minor bouts of fatigue.  The best part: I haven’t had any cravings yet, not a one! and I haven’t ever felt hungry.  And I’ve learned to make some really yummy new recipes.  I had a little indulgence in some coconut ice cream last night which was delicious.  And am loving those Larabars as a convenient on the go snack option.  Having all my meals planned out for the next two weeks really made all the difference and made this whole transition so much less daunting.

    That’s so great cole! Thanks for the warnings i am sure we will all experience those symptoms. the FATIGUE! haha
